Interzum: Enthusiasm for new worlds of sliding

Successful at the global hot spot for the furniture accessory industry: The optimistic mood at Hawa Sliding Solutions was catching, resulting in a record number of visitors to the newly-designed booth.

“We can say with satisfaction that the Interzum has also become a global hot spot on the subject of sliding. Hawa was a sought-after market place for exchanging innovative ideas on this trendy subject, and we are delighted in how well used it was by the industry during the event. We have never had so many visitors and contacts”, summarized the two managing directors Gregor and Heinz Haab enthusiastically at the end of the trade fair.
The industry experienced an abundance of innovative and inspiring ideas, garnished with new products, an Interzum Award winner and clever further developments on the subject of sliding. In the four worlds of sliding of kitchens, living rooms, corporate office and home office, the specialist visitors gathered information first hand and were given advice. 

The most important new products and further developments
On the trade fair booth, it was possible to experience what expertise and wealth of ideas concentrated under one roof are capable of doing. This time an impression was made with

• EKU-Frontino 20, a flush sliding door fitting with optimized running system – and Interzum Award winner 2017.
• HAWA-Junior 80 B Pocket, a new sliding fitting for elegant wall pocket solutions.
• HAWA-Concepta and HAWA-Folding Concepta for furniture fronts that can be slid in from the side.
• EKU-Clipo in all versions, for extremely simple, tool-less installation of sliding door fittings.

Cabrio Systems by Hawa – More Space for Living
The presentation of the newly-created category of fully opening sliding fitting systems for cabinets and room niches also attracted a great deal of attention. Under the name “Cabrio Systems by Hawa”, these products provide additional functions in rooms in accordance with the spirit of the age, and make living both multi-functional and variable.
